drug alerts
follow one drug. hear when something changes.
labels change, regulators publish, trials report, and almost none of it reaches the person taking the drug. pick one medication or supplement from the list below and we email you a sourced note when its label, a regulator or a major trial changes something about it. a short evidence series comes first, so you know what the record already says.
1. pick a drug
one of the 48 with an explainer on this site. one drug per follow.
2. confirm by email
the follow starts when you click the link we send. nothing before that.
3. notes, not noise
the evidence series first; after that only when the label, a regulator or a major trial moves. each note links its source.
follow a drug
the drugs you can follow
every one has a page here that reads its label or its trials section by section; that page is where each note will point.

what changed recently
the same events the notes are built from: label revisions, fda safety communications, faers signals, regulator reviews and trial results. each row links the regulator's or journal's own page and the page here that explains it.
what we keep, and for how long
the drug-alerts paragraph of the privacy policy, quoted whole:
If you ask us to email you when something changes about a medication, we store your email address, the medication you chose, the time you asked and the time you confirmed, and a one-way hash of your IP address and browser identifier as evidence of consent. We do not store the IP address or browser identifier themselves. This information is kept only in our own database (hosted by Heroku Postgres in the United States). It is never shared with our email provider as a list or a profile attribute: each alert is sent individually, and the provider sees only the message it is asked to deliver. If you do not confirm within 7 days, the request is deleted. Every alert carries a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all alerts for that medication at once and the record is deleted 30 days later. To have your address removed sooner, email hello@veisund.com from that address and it will be deleted the same day. Following a medication inside the Veisund app does not create an email record; alerts there arrive as notifications tied to your account, and unfollowing stops them.
nothing here is medical advice; a note tells you what changed and where it is written, and the questions belong with a prescriber or a pharmacist.
