Real EmPowerment Solutions, LLC (“REPsolutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates veisund (the “App” or “Service”), previously named Resolv Social. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information in connection with our Service, as well as the rights and choices available to you regarding such information.

By using veisund, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our Service.

1. What Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

Registration Information: Creating an account requires an email address and a password, and a handle, which you choose (if you do not choose one, we generate one for you). We use the email address to verify the account, to let you sign back in and reset your password, and to send you service and onboarding email, which you can unsubscribe from. We do not require your real name or your phone number for a member account. Inside the Service you appear to other users as your handle: your email address is not displayed to other members alongside your posts, comments, or profile. Profile information beyond the handle is optional.
Professional Accounts: If you register as an expert or practitioner rather than a member, we additionally require your first and last name, your professional profile is listed under your real name, and any contact details you provide for that listing are visible to users who view it.
Health and Wellness Information: You may choose to share information about your mental health, emotional well-being, and related topics through the App. This information is shared voluntarily in community discussions and peer support interactions.
User Content: Any messages, posts, comments, or other content you submit through the Service.
Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., for support), we may receive additional information about you, such as the contents of the message and any attachments you may send, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically

Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Service, including device type, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Usage Data: We collect information about your interactions with the Service, including the features you use, the actions you take, the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.
Log Data: Our servers automatically record information when you access the Service, including your IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activities. See the Cookies and Tracking section below for more details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
To create and manage your account
To facilitate peer support interactions and community features
To communicate with you about the Service, including sending technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages
To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Service
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions, abuse, and other illegal activities and to protect the rights, property, and safety of REPsolutions, our users, and others
To personalize and improve your experience on the Service

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data analytics, customer service, and marketing assistance. These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing, protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public, or protect against legal liability.
Business Transfers: If REPsolutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With Your Consent: We may share your information for any other purpose with your consent.

4. How to Manage Your Information

Account Information: You may update, correct, or delete your account information at any time by logging into your account settings within the App.
Content Deletion: You may delete your posts and messages through the App. Please note that some information may remain in our backup systems for a limited period.
Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account through our data deletion request page, or by contacting us at hello@veisund.com. Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. Drug Alerts

Added 2026-10-20. Applies to the email follow offered on medication and supplement pages and at /alerts.

Drug alerts. If you ask us to email you when something changes about a medication, we store your email address, the medication you chose, the time you asked and the time you confirmed, and a one-way hash of your IP address and browser identifier as evidence of consent. We do not store the IP address or browser identifier themselves. This information is kept only in our own database (hosted by Heroku Postgres in the United States). It is never shared with our email provider as a list or a profile attribute: each alert is sent individually, and the provider sees only the message it is asked to deliver. If you do not confirm within 7 days, the request is deleted. Every alert carries a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all alerts for that medication at once and the record is deleted 30 days later. To have your address removed sooner, email hello@veisund.com from that address and it will be deleted the same day. Following a medication inside the Veisund app does not create an email record; alerts there arrive as notifications tied to your account, and unfollowing stops them.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's and Minors' Privacy

veisund is intended for use only by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. The Service is not directed to children or minors under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible. 9. California Residents — Your Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including:

Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected your personal information, the business or commercial purpose for collecting your personal information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal information. If this changes in the future, we will provide you with the right to opt-out.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.

Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Right to Erasure: You have the right to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
Right to Object: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.
Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.

11. HIPAA Compliance

veisund is a peer support platform and is not a covered entity or business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). While we take the privacy and security of your health-related information seriously, the information you share on the platform is not protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA.

veisund is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health-related information you share in community discussions is shared voluntarily and at your own discretion.

We encourage you to be thoughtful about the information you share on the platform and to avoid sharing sensitive medical records or information that you would not want to be visible to other users of the Service.

12. Third-Party Platform Integrations

veisund publishes original short-form mental health educational videos to third-party social media platforms. To do this, we connect to those platforms’ official APIs using OAuth, with the connected account’s explicit consent. The integrations described below apply only to operator-owned publishing accounts (the veisund brand accounts) — end users of the App are not asked to connect their social accounts.

TikTok (Content Posting API)

We use TikTok’s Content Posting API to upload veisund-produced videos to connected TikTok accounts via the inbox (draft) flow. Videos are uploaded as drafts; the connected account holder must open the TikTok app and manually publish them. We do not auto-publish.

Data we receive from TikTok: the connected account’s open_id, display name, and upload status / publish_id returned by the API.
Data we send to TikTok: the video file, caption, and metadata for the upload.
What we do NOT collect: any other TikTok user’s data, your followers, your video performance metrics, your contact info, or your social graph.
Scopes used: user.info.basic (to confirm the destination account) and video.upload (to send drafts).
Retention: open_id and publish_id are retained for 90 days for debugging and rate-limit accounting, then purged. OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted (AES-256) and rotated per TikTok’s token-rotation requirements.
Disconnection: You may revoke our access at any time from within your TikTok account settings, or by emailing hello@veisund.com. We will revoke the token via TikTok’s POST /v2/oauth/revoke/ endpoint and purge all stored TikTok-related data within 24 hours.
Sharing: We do not share TikTok-derived data with any third party.

Use of TikTok’s services through veisund is also subject to TikTok’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Instagram (Meta Graph API)

We use the Meta Graph API to publish veisund-produced Reels to connected Instagram Business accounts. We collect the connected account’s business account ID and access token; we do not collect data about followers, comments, or other Instagram users. Tokens are stored encrypted and retention follows the same 90-day window described above.

YouTube (YouTube Data API v3)

We use the YouTube Data API v3 to publish veisund-produced Shorts to connected YouTube channels. Use is governed by the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We collect channel ID, upload status, and the OAuth refresh token; we do not collect viewer data, subscriber lists, or analytics beyond the upload result.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
