the resolv method

you've been "fine"
for long enough.

an 8-week program for people who function well on the outside and feel like they're disappearing on the inside. built from one person's survival. designed for everyone who's been too quiet about the wrong thing for too long.

no spam. no sales pressure. a short note from adam when enrollment opens.

who this is for

this isn't for people in crisis. it's for the people who will never call themselves in crisis — because they've been managing too long and saying "i'm okay" too well.

you perform fine.

you hit your marks. people don't worry about you. but there's a version of you that only exists when no one's watching — exhausted, empty, carrying something you can't name.

you've tried things.

therapy, maybe. a workout routine. a few books. maybe something stronger. and some of it helped, but nothing actually moved it — because you were always looking for the thing that would do the work for you. that thing doesn't exist.

you know something needs to change.

not because you're not smart enough. because you've never had a space where you were required to say the true thing out loud to people who were doing the same.

8 weeks. one honest question at a time.

each week has a short video, one reflection prompt that's specific enough to actually work, a concrete practice, and a community prompt. you go at your own pace. you keep showing up.

01

The Admission

You already know something is wrong. This week you name it. Not to a doctor. Not to a diagnosis. To yourself.

02

The Silence

Why you don't say it — and what that silence is costing you. Where the "I'm okay" reflex comes from and what it's locking out.

03

The Search

Everything you've tried that hasn't worked — and why. No tool does the work for you. This week you stop looking for the exit.

04

The Driver

The hardest and most freeing idea in this entire program: you are the only one who can do this. Not blame. Power.

05

The Body

Your body has been carrying information your mind won't touch. This week you start listening to what it's been trying to tell you.

06

The Connection

One real conversation changes everything. Why depth is the original mental health intervention — and how to stop performing in the relationships that matter.

07

The Gift

What your suffering was trying to show you about what you're here for. Not inspirational. Specific. This is the week that breaks something open.

08

The Resolution

Forward doesn't mean fixed. It means moving. What "I'm okay" looks like when you actually mean it.

why this exists

I was twenty-two. By most conventional measures, I was doing fine. Good school, good grades, the kind of upbringing where people told you often that you had so much going for you.

I stood on a bridge over the Mississippi River and I nearly went over.

What stopped me wasn't a hotline. Wasn't a therapist or a diagnosis. Something stopped me that I didn't understand at the time — something that felt bigger than the voice in my head that had been trying to convince me there was no point.

I spent the next twelve years trying to understand what it was. Therapy. Yoga. Breathwork. The Hoffman Process. Plant medicine. Long conversations with people who'd been somewhere similar.

What I learned is this: the silence is what nearly kills people. Not the pain. The silence.

Resolv exists to end that silence. The Resolv Method is where it starts.

how it works

🎬

one video per week

5–7 minutes from adam. not a lecture. just honest.

✍️

one real question

specific enough to actually make you think. no generic prompts.

🤝

a community that gets it

people saying the real thing. not performing recovery.

questions

stop waiting to feel better by accident.

eight weeks. one honest question per week. a community of people who are done pretending. you already know what's going on. this is where you start doing something about it.

no spam. no sales pressure. you'll hear from adam directly.
